It was comfortable enough for a night.

The room had some really interesting amenities. Including for the first time I’ve ever seen in a hotel both adult entertainment and a condom in the bathroom. There’s also an amazing looking massage bath. The bed was comfortable, tv was huge and aircon was strong.

The control for the aircon didn’t work at all I tried to change the temperature and it just didn’t respond so I ended up being frozen throughout the night.

The rooms are spacious and with great bathtub. The hotel is conveniently located close to the subway. The only inconvenience is the absence of breakfast/food service in the hotel.

Excellent! I would definitely come back again when I travel to Taiwan.

The location is great and the room is great too, really enjoy the yellow signe sofa. The bathroom is big and the bathtub was fantastic.

The AC was too cold and the temperature is not adjustable ( broken)

Good, but I had slightly better expectations.

Very comfortable room and bed. Location near major bus stops and MRT. The staff assisted me in using my Netflix account on the room TV, despite it wasn't the norm.

The wifi worked for my phone and tablet, however, it did not work for my laptop (Mac). I was told that had something to do with my settings and that other customers with a Mac were experiencing the same problem. However, the problem was clearly in the security settings of the local router that had issues with Macs, and I was not offered alternative solutions (e.g. a local SIM as a hotspot would have worked). Since I was there for work and I needed my laptop, I had to work from nearby cafes. Also the gym (which I would have relied on during my 3 weeks stay) was close and not usable.

Light switches are inconvenient and hard to understand. Bathroom fan is extremely noisy. Staff forgot to clean the room.

Love the TV, you can mirror your YouTube onto the TV and they have movies to watch for free. It is great for a staycation. It’s also close to a lot of food places.

The cleanliness. Found hairs on the bed, and the jacuzzi doesn’t really work, when it turn it on, dirt comes out and it’s really loud. We end up not using it.
